Let’s introduce you to our team and share a little about what they do:
 

• Service Team: Our leadership team supports our team members, customers & contractors, other tradespeople, and the building community. They are here to help answer any question and solve any problem!

• Team Leads: These team members have the skills, experience and work ethic to get the job done right. They also have the critical task of training other team members to make sure we are getting it done Grade One!

• Team Moore: We've developed a training program with four levels of on the job training and knowledge to become an Energy Conservation Specialist (ECS) - Trainee, ECS I, ECS II, ECS III.

  • Trainees are in their probationary period for 90 days and learn how to be a part of Team Moore each day.

  • ECS I team members have learned the basics of batt insulation and sealing the building envelope.

  • ECS II team members begin to build speed in installation and learn to blow fiberglass insulation into walls.

  • ECS III team members take their knowledge & performance to the next level and learn to blow insulation in attics as well as special projects such as drill & fill cellulose jobs, attic insulation removal, and more. Team members who complete level ECS III are eligible to learn spray foam insulation or become Team Leads or can continue to install at the highest level.
