Karl Redlich

Karl started with the company in 1997 as an installer. Having a dream to run a small business one day, he set out to learn everything he could about insulation. In 2001, founder Leo Moore opened a second company called Moore Foam Systems, LLC. Karl hopped on the first foam rig and helped build the spray foam insulation division from the ground up. A few years later in 2004, Karl stepped up to become General Manager. He continued to install spray foam but learned to be an estimator, manage the team and schedule jobs. In 2015, Leo offered Karl the opportunity of a lifetime - to begin buying the business and become Vice President. 18 years of training had prepared Karl to continue the legacy Leo started - integrity, dependability, and commitment to getting the job done right for a fair price. Now, as President and Co-owner, Karl continues to lead Team Moore with these same principles. He enjoys working with contractors, customers & industry partners to provide high-quality products and service to keep our legacy moving into the future.
