Catherine joined Karl in managing the company in 2015, bringing a fresh perspective to the team. Like many small business managers, she wears multiple hats, overseeing a diverse range of responsibilities that are crucial for the smooth operation of the organization. Her role encompasses: Business Operations, Office Administration, Team Resources, Contracts, IT Management.
In addition to her operational duties, Catherine serves as Team Moore’s coach and cheerleader. She is passionate about fostering a positive work environment and is always on the lookout for innovative ways to improve the business. Her leadership style is characterized by encouragement and support, as she motivates her team to reach their full potential. Catherine believes that a happy and engaged team is fundamental to achieving success, and she actively promotes a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
