Cate Redlich

Cate began working part-time while still in high school in 2020. She learned quickly that a solid team is created and supported by solid leadership and training. In 2022, she helped develop our training program and brought greater organization to the company (we call her the OG-Organizational Gangster!). She has since become our Team Resources Specialist and helps develop our team from trainees to leadership and everyone in between. Her insight and clarity helps guide Team Moore to being the best!
