Cate Redlich

Cate began working part-time while still in school in 2020. She learned quickly how a solid team is created and supported by solid leadership and training. In 2022, she developed our training program and brought greater organization to the company (we call her the OG-Organizational Gangster!). She has become our Team Resources Specialist and helps develop our team from trainees to leadership and everyone in between. Her insight and clarity helps guide Team Moore to being the best!
